Pros

Natural answers magnesium capsules 180 capsules (3 month’s supply) – currently on offer at £8. It delivers 220mg of mg in each tablet and it works very well.

Magnesium citrate is a very good supplement for the heart and blood pressure. It also works with vitamin d to help it metabolise. I tend to be driven by price when buying my vitamin & mineral supplements.

Gmo free, gluten, wheat and dairy free, and no artificial colours or flavours. Even a frozen banana shocks the spasm out of the muscle.
