It comes with a charging cable it was 100 charged on receipt the leaflet says it will recharge an ipad 2

The leaflet also says that if the unit it being recharged with devices connected it will prioritise the devices before it recharges itself

The only down size it the length of time it takes to achieve full charge but with the fact it can charge two phone doesnt surprise me and is a small price to pay for such a useful device
