The housing where they hang down is quite lightweight so when you are running they move around far to much compared to my old set i had before therefore they keep falling away to one side or the other bit of a shame as if your wearing them for just walking about or on a train to work they will probably be fine but unfortunately for me they arent much good so will need to find another style to get for my runs
