I found that one with double tips offers me the best noise isolation and sound quality.
However, the sound quality is pretty poor.
Overall, i'm less frustrated by the sound quality than having ill fitting ear buds.

For the price, they're still good and work as advertised.
Works fine, price is good, stays in ear better than other types.
I spent too much time researching headphones that cost $15 :) i went with these because of the wide variety of tips.

The memory wire is actually just a solid core wire laid next to the connecting wire which are wrapped together shown in the picture as that thicker section of wire

The connecting wires are wrapped in a smooth coating that doesnt stick like normal rubber insulation
