Pros

Readable, appearance is same as advertised, worth every penny. Very happy with the purchase.

I dare say this thermometer is also ideal for babies and children. I love the no touch infrared use on the forehead. Insert batteries and then use.

Readings suddenly come back completely all over the place, inconsistencies ranging over 15°. Readings that do come back consistent are over 10° under the correct temperature after confirming my temperature with a different thermometer. It's frustratin... Read More

As other reviews have stated, this registers 97 degrees every time. Now any perdon temp is 107. Old forehead contact thermometer reads at 100 and this says 97 degrees. Bulb thermometer reading 100 degrees and this one reads 97.

This thermometer seems to be pretty inconsistent. It is frustrating.
