Really easy setup and mounting. Had no issues connecting to the monitor and my phone. We dig the screen as well, but wish it was touchscreen.
This company offers a high-quality package for a very affordable price. Excellent customer support.
Cons
app is trash. Customer service is inferior. Hisseu blames alexa, and amazon blames hisseu. Amazon provides no recourse!
Camera quality is so so, it’s glitchy. Small screen is only for setting up and playback recorded movement. The alarm sound level is not adjustable; it's either on or off, and when it's on it could be louder than desirable.

It picks up great quality videos and sound, and you can even move the position through the app.
4ghz range for wifi, and i ran them to locked electrical outlets and wire tucked each wire through metal pipes and behind frames.
Problem with viewing on my mac still waiting for download from hisses
Price
It was reasonably priced and the clarity of the system is amazing.
I love the fact that these are affordable and we do not have to pay a monthly fee.
It's not bad, just a extra cost.

I have always received an email response in less than 24 hours.
I contacted hiseeu customer support and they promptly returned, and gave a new one.

Easy to set up but make sure when you remotely move the camera its view is not blocked by side of building telephone poles etc the previous system i had was hard wired and two of the cameras quit working
