Highlights
Quality
Low profile headers are nice, and you can snip off the extra white headers to make it even lower profile.
Partial refresh works well, good contrast, first experience with epaper in a project!
After a few hours of confusion trying different v4 waveshare conf entries, realized the v4 sticker may not be accurate and tried v3.
Once something is drawn on it, you can unplug it from power source and the drawing remains on it.

Work on those soldering skills to save you some money!
It’s also not that expensive so i’d definitely recommend it.
Shipping
There are several version that get shipped and i found drivers for each of them.
I contacted the seller and they responded the same day with some suggestions.
