Pros & Cons
Pros
Easy to install in 2 minutes and works well. Very easy to program. Nothing bad to say; programmed instantly and have worked flawlessly for over 2 years.
They are smaller, lighter, the batteries last longer and are cheaper than the special battery the original remotes took. Just be careful prying them open.
Great product, great price. Work perfectly. Completely satisfied.
Cons
Disappointed in misinformation contained in item description. Remotes are very flimsy plastic that do not work.
Works with craftsman is only half true.
Highlights
Quality
I was a litlte concerned with the age of our garage door and needing a remote.
They even come with the batteries, so just set and go.
Just take a pic of the back of the unit with the dip switches, set the remotes the same way and that's all there is to it.
It took me longer to deal with the ladder than to program both remotes.
Price
I was pleasantly surprized with these units because of their low price.
But the cost was a reasonable risk.
Shipping
Was super fast from the time of ordering to the time of delivery (1-2 days).
Packaging/appearance
It came in really nice packaging, in separate baggies too, came with simple but great instructions.
Competitiveness
Worked well for an old 1991 lift-master (model# 1155lm) garage door opener.
Ordered this for our liftmaster garage door.
After researching what remote to order for our older liftmaster opener, and ordering incorrectly based on info from the oem site (!

On our openers pull off the back light cover press and hold the switch on the remote briefly press the green button on the opener mechanism

It feels a bit odd to have a remote that actually works correctly
