If you have to install the batteries theres a screw on the back that has to be removed

If you lost a remote as i did you need to remove existing remotes from your opener

If you are adding 2 remotes you may have to remove all existing remotes from your opener

If you still have 1 existing remote that works but you lost the other one you will have to erase all existing remotes and then reprogram your existing remote
