Pros

Decided to take a gamble after reading some reviews of battery-product mishaps. I use duracell and it fits just fine - not sure why some people complain the battery does not fit. I wish all customer service was like theirs. They are awesome.

It runs so smoothly across the face and it really does depuff and brighten the entire face. Good for under eye to reduce under eye puffing and dark circles. Looks very sturdy.

The vibration is strong. The ball roller is very relaxing. It’s like a workout, but for your face.

Cons

The concept is good but after only maybe 4-5 uses, the plastic rollers are already seeing cracks. The paint chips easily and the on and off button was easily switched by accident. Also it has very poor construction broke after less than 10 times of us... Read More
