Pros
Installation is not overly complicated but i did opt for alternative mounting hardware. They look great, and are easy to install.
Cons
Even if you turn the trim piece so the writing is inward, the screw to tighten it is exactly on the other side. My recommendation is to stay away from this and any like this that are not single body/welded.

Many of them were torn with drywall anchors on the screws

It seems that even though drywall can hold a lot of weight with appropriate anchors the constant motion and random force may ultimately get these anchors loose and towel or toilet paper racks are torn from position
