Pros

I like it because it can possibly avoid intrusion before it starts! Amcrest is the best. I hope it stays that way. This camera is sleek and great video recording.

The tech help is the finest ever. These are amazing the picture is so clear in hd. We find these cameras extremely useful in monitoring our 102 and 103 year old parents.

Amcrest cameras are very easy to set up and use with the app. Connectivity comes by way of wifi, or ethernet connection (or both) ir *, but it works.

Cons

Cameras disconnect and reconnect every 5~10 minutes since last yr. They have no value to us as we need cameras where there is no router or wifi, a rural property.

I wish the video quality was a little higher but for my application it works great.

Other than the inability to use firefox as my browser of choice, so far i like the product.

Good picture quality day and night however, seems like adding ptz preset is not working.

My husband did the review already but that was before we tried the product.
