A new wire was mailed to me within days.
I sent them an email and after a couple of days, they gave me instructions on how to do the return.
I contacted customer support right away, and they sent through replacements for me that arrived really quickly.

These cords are way better than the apple ones.
They offer a longer life than any other similar product i have ever owned.
