Pkg says 2 capsules 2-3 times a day but i take only 2 capsules a day and it helps keep me regular. Doesn't cause cramps or bloating. Easy to *. Ibs is no cake walk but this product has change my life.

Cons
My gi system still was messed up with this probiotic. This ad is deceptive, because, if you reorder the two pack, you get one for the same price. Take down this deceptive ad.
