Was pleasantly surprised. The optimized setup for this specific radio. Waspleasantly surprised. Solid construction and nice and loud audio quality.
Best part about these specifically is the battery. Best to have a few batteries to rotate. Same perfect match antenna, and meter, every radio is different.
The best setup for a beginner in the ham radio world. Many you-tube videos and pdf downloads. Robust, affordable, essentially unlocked for non-ham bands.

Baofeng uv-5r is a bargain for what little they cost. Usually the extended battery alone with the radio is the same price. Comes with extended batteries and tall tactical antennas.

Only with the 110 desk charger. Because this seller is not an authorized beofeng seller. Media could not be loaded.
