Pros
Dimmer works beautifully, smoothly dimming the standard dimmable led bulb with no hesitation or flicker. No silly indicator lights on the them and the slider is easy to operate.
Cons
Leviton dimmers seem to have a performance issue with incandescent bulbs as well. The flickering lasts about 10 seconds before the lights are fully illuminated. When installed the lights seem to flicker a lot. Will not recommend these dimmers.

It’s nice that you can set the brightness and turn the light off and back on without having to adjust the brightness

Installed in minutes but had some wiring insecurity as instructions werent quite exact to what we had which was two light switches in one dual plate one light switch for our deck and one for dining room the switch i wanted to replace for this dimmer

There is a slight delay between the switch adjustment and the lights changing brightness
