The sound quality is pretty good and have managed to stand up to normal every day use from teens. The volume is just fine with just using one earbud. Also, my ear canals have trouble holding buds and these fit in perfectly.

The headphone earpieces are also very light compared to other headphones i've had in the past. While the headphones work for listening to things they do not work for calls.

Quality of the call audio is very muffled. Turned it up, and after 3 seconds, muted again. When we’re on the phone it sounds like he’s wearing a mask or talking into a can.

They constantly turn themselves down to zero volume making them unusable. I have to constantly raise the volume since i don't know if when i get a text or an email notification, the volume turns all the way down.
