Bought these for 2 of my longer fishing poles. These are great for canes. Perfect for storing paper * shades. Easy to transport or use it for storage for your canes!

Plastic tube seems to be durable and light. It is thick enough material that it feels tough enough for the job and thin enough that it is not cumbersome. Perfect nylon strap.

Cons

Overpowering toxic petrochemical smell. Plastic grooves for the extension are indentations.
