There's no noticeable touch issues with the cover that i can see.

Yes if you get it wet a little moisture will build up between the screen and protective cover but it comes off easily for drying

I always use the bumper before to protect the outer part of my apple watch but i didn’t want to keep messing up my watch face so i got this pack of screen covers
