Ge outlet extender. They replace or go over the front plate of a standard duplex outlet with a single screw. Just remember not to overload the outlet.

There have been reports of the device overheating and catching fire. The explanation is deceiving and it should be made clear. Where is that screw gonna screw into?

These extenders only one set of prongs to insert into the existing outlet. Can't force it as when i did, the prong puts enough force to pop the adapter out of the outlet. They do work, however it’s a herculean effort to plug and unplug.
