In the rare cases where it becomes necessary it is fairly simple to change out the inner tube whereas i have generally found it best to just replace the whole tirewheel combination when the tubeless type will no longer hold air

On the side of the hub opposite the tube’s air fitting is a standard zirc grease fitting to allow hub lubrication
