Pillow is medium density and well made. Adjustable firmness with shredded memory foam is the best thing after sliced bread. Hugs your head around the sides a little, like snug and comforting.

Not like cotton or fiber fill where your head sinks down to the bed in the middle and not like full memory foam where it feels kind of firm
