Quality
I couldn’t be any happier to have this product.
Over all a great quality pillow with the added bonus of a level of customization when it comes to how much filling you want.
Not sure what to do with the extra.
I took off the pillow protector and sprayed it with lysol ( inside and out) and did the same thing with the pillows.
Packaging/appearance
They come in very minimal packaging which i appreciated.

When you first open the package there is a slight smell but it wasnt a terrible smell and it faded in the amount of time it suggested to let them sit before using

The only reason that i gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because i was under the impression from all the questionsanswers and other reviews etc that a bag of filling was included to add to it later if needed and we didnt have that we were only sent the two pillows
