It does have the blackout at the top and the bottom so it doesnt stand out when the screen is off

The only thing i would say was missing was a card to press the screen protector on the product but any credit card will do

The second shield presented an issue because it had a fine crack in it fresh out of the package

Long story short that fine crack cost me to lose that shield because it worsened as i applied it to my phone
