Works very well if you are looking for a mild to medium product.
They are helping with the pain at night to some degree helping me get to sleep.
Packaging/appearance
If they could put this product in better packaging i think it would have a better rep.
Since the packaging is so terrible i did recently purchase a jar of capsules but that formulation wasn't as effective.
