Kit comes with 2 heavy-gauge stainless steel tools. They fit my hayward jets perfectly. I was able to remove the eyeball fitting easily.

My pool is not new and the plastic tool that i tried first before buying this item shattered immediately.
Price
So it is helpful to have but mostly overpriced and not the best design.
They could use an eight of an inch of thickness but definitely worth the money spent.
Packaging/appearance
Nice that there are two in the package so you don't have to dive in to retrieve one if you drop the first.

I was able to remove the cap and the eyeballs but the inner piece was immovable

I recommend using slip joint pliers with this product to give you leverage to loosen the inner piece of the jets just dry the pliers off immediately once you are finished

It would have been simple to make a handle on this but instead you have to submerge a tool in the water in my case salt in order to get the leverage to turn it
