Pros

Grit is uniform and uniformly distributed; very gripping making it somewhat difficult to install and remove. With these, the disc stays longer and works harder.

Cons

They are so thin; the material heats up very quickly and destroys the sand paper quicker than it should. It used to be the most joyful.

Easy to remove old pad and attach new one with a couple screws

This was super easy to install, and worked just as good as the original.

First pics shows 6 extra holes in the oem plate.

Replaced it and viola, good as new the sanding disks stay on until they're totally worn out.
