Item is very self explanatory and easy to operate. For a beginner using this it’s great! This cuts my nail tips great. I wish it would attach a little bit better though.

Definitely cut up two of my fingers trying to force it on the way it wasnt supposed to go so i tried to include a picture of how its supposed to look from the side in efforts to help others

The plastic cover does lift up when you use it and whatever you cut will fall out but at least the nails don’t fly across the room anymore

If your nail is too long inside the guard it usually hits it and makes it fall off so then you end up having to pickup nail pieces anyway

However the cover to contain the cut tips doesn’t stay on unless i hold it in place when i’m cutting my tips

The clear cover meant to catch the clippings didnt fit well and either popped off entirely or gapped enough to where the clippings would just fall out
