Pros
The retractable feature is perfect for those of us who have to buzz themselves into secure areas. Another fabulous option to consider would be breakaway versions with magnet closures. It makes my outfit a little dressy too.
Cons
Very disappointed in the durability. It is not as durable as i thought. Super cute but snag my hair.
