The images want to stick to their own backs you the wall the paper you pulled them from and anything else because of the static charge created when you pull them off the backing sheet

Carefully figure out the placement

Stick that exposed sticky back side of the image to the wall and carefully pull the backing material away from the image as you carefully press the image to the wall

You have to get it right the first time you cant pull it back off and redo it
