Deveiners are fine but the peelers bend before you're through 1/4 lb of shrimp. This needs to he thicker aluminum or the like. Even if you do the first half of the shrimp then the last it's still too weak.

We tried the tools and found that that its a bit of a slow process

More likely it is better for cleaning raw shrimp but cleaning steamed shrimp is best by hand

At a shrimp feast we found that ripping off the shell scraping out the vein by hand and popping it in your mouth was many times faster
