Pros

The removable crumb tray is easy to clean. It toasts evenly. The fact that you can defrost before toasting is great.

The color is extremely vibrant but not only looks, it works great as well. I love the red color, it matches my new microwave.

Cons

Terrible toaster. Very flimsy and poor quality. What a piece of junk.

Left side only toasts one side of bread. Set it to 2 and it was still partially burned on one side. It's a new house and it's a problem with the outlet not the toaster!
