Pros
The thicker hooks are all bamboo and the finer ones are metal tip and have a wooden handle.
These hooks are great for an amateur and even a seasoned knitter. They are perfect for my hands which are very nimble and fragile. No rough edges on mine to snag my yarn.
Cons
If you are not inclined to be a diy handy person, this is not the kit for you. Poor quality hooks. None of the hooks are useable! Invest in clover hooks or even susan bates.

I love the diverse range of sizes for honestly a very good deal.
For my purposes this was exactly what i was looking for, very convenient, fast delivery, inexpensive and a case for extra.
For the price i really don’t mind glueing them.
Still, i feel like a got a nice set for the money, and i'm sure the broken one was a fluke
