Pros

The 16 ga bubble wrap is solid. The cells hold up well, they don't crack open as soon as the lighter weight covers. They only last for about 2 years, but they are very convenient, so worth replacing.

Since the price of the item is less than the return shipping cost, it's effectively non-returnable.

Customer service denies any warranty even though ourpaperwork shows that we had a full 2 year warranty. Then the warranty on the site was removed. Amazon said they can't assist us if the seller won’t honor the warranty.
