Quality
It’s great all steel the steel blade is much more powerful then the plastic ones
I think its a good fan that seems robust and of good quality.
Nose level is not heard when the tv is on low cod not use much power
After trying it for a few nights i decided it was just too loud even on the lowest setting.
Price
It is worth paying a little more cause you get a good fan
I really like this however i found a similar unit on sale at a local ctc store for $75.
Competitiveness
I had one similar that was a westinghouse and it burnt out after a year and a half.
Didn’t seem to make a difference with the westinghouse one though.

I use it on the lowest setting mainly blows plenty but still not quiet and far from it

I had a lasko wind machine for many years and the engine finally burnt out after a decade or more of heavy use so i went for another but unfortunately didnt seem to find that model in canada when i looked
