Pros

These are the exact bearing you find in fidget spinners also. They work great for what i use them for. Standard dimensions, packed in plastic tubes of 10 bearings. They fit my wheelchair like a glove.

These bearings are sooo smooth! Doesn't freely rattle and spin, doesn't take a lot of force to spin. They spin cleanly and easily.

Cons

Just a little better than my spoilt bearings. Some come without seals or the inter ring is lopsided. The scooters original bearings easily rotate upwards of 10-12 rotation with the same force.
