Stretched to 20, they work perfectly and no signs of weathering after 1 month. The bigger and stronger hooks easier to lash cargo down. Purchased these to secure the top of a garbage can against raccoons.

Time will tell if they are cheap rubber as the cheap ones crack and fall apart within a year not even being exposed to sunlight
