But i had to give it a lot of thought because there is too much loose cinnamon powder in the bag that keeps the tea bags and one has to be careful not to breathe it because its like a talc that flies into your nostrils and your lungs

I do not pour the hot water over these tea bags but fill the cup and then add the bags

Please remember to put the water in the cup first because the bag almost disintegrates if you pour over it
