    I spent 2 hours however mostly it is due to the screen was entirely shattered and i need to heat and peel off the old adhesive tapes piece by piece

    It will be lt30 min work if the screen is only lightly broken and it is possible to list the screen as a whole piece

    The trick is to heat only one spot and then immediately work on that spot
