There is a bunch of stuff that you have to take off the start menu at the beginning games and stuff and a bunch of updates to go through but this is very minor and goes away after a couple of days

It has a 500gb capacity mechanical hdd and its very very slow

Since i had to get it all setup and configured and administer it for her waiting for the harddrive to do anything at all was frustrating
