And to avoid bruising your skin i suggest pulling your skin taut with your fingers and using the device in a circular motion and per the instructions do not stay on one area longer than 3 seconds

The suction was actually a lot stronger than i expected and the device it’s self is really user friendly didn’t have to read anything to figure out how to turn it on and replace the heads

I put it on one and slowly went back and forth across every area of my face and its disgusting what came out
