Quality
He has not used it yet but was happy with the feel of it.
I liked the product it works great.
But i do wish the build quality was slightly better.
But i don't expect high quality control at this price point.

Over all this is a very handy kit for a very good price.
This tool alone is worth the cost of this kit.

Competitiveness
Since this came with a keycap puller, keyboard cleaner, and o rings i really like that.
I bought a corsair k70 white special edition keyboard, so with that came a lot of keyboard cleaning.

Personally after i installed them they made little difference in the look or sound of my keyboard kailh blue switches but they certainly didnt make anything any worse and i suspect mileage varies greatly here

The bottom line for this product is that it does its job all right the switch puller gets warped and is not the greatest so if you have to use it youre gonna have to bend it back to place

The rubber o rings are translucent so they shouldnt mess with any rgb or backlighting on the keyboard

For longer key that dont have a retention bar like alt ctrl or back slash you press the gap between the wire side on the edge of the key at an angle and it will slip both tines around either edge
