The build quality is excellent, the battery life is awesome, its very powerful, and just feels like a solid product.
It's really well made, an incredible overall product.
I noticed camera quality was a category and you should not get this laptop for video calls or streaming video.
I was really excited but unfortunately am going to return this product.
Shipping
This thing is fast and responsive after the fresh install.
I've only had two days with it, and have found it fast and reliable.
I’d also say, don’t expect to be as fast with this 10 key as you would be on a regular keyboard.
Packaging/appearance
The main issue i’ve had is hitting the numlock button when trying to backspace.
I had to throw away the box and the packing sleeves right away.
Competitiveness
A seemingly great competitor for the razer blade.
I only played path of exile in 4k with low to medium settings and got between 50-60 fps on a 60hz display so it was nice.
I own a well spec'ed macbook pro 16 and the difference between the displays is huge.

The only real setback i have with this laptop is the glossy screen it shows reflection too easily

I installed my antivirus software and immediately notices issues as something was disabling the firewall

A virus scan and reinstalling the affected software with a fresh download from gigabyte did resolve this

Webcam should be at the top not in the fold of the laptop

Although the battery wont last all day i have yet to encounter a situation where the charge couldnt make it all the way through
