The second cycle starts at 9 mins or so

After both cycles end in a washing compartment you need to switch the hose to the spinner side top right hole turn the water on keep the drain in the draining mode put the clothes is with water running into the compartment and start the cycle

Easy to operate but the water connection is not popular not enough parts to fix alterations
