Cons
The body feels like plastic, not aluminum. These are garbage. Amazing lack of foresight on apples part. Very frustrating for him.
Second time unknown password makes it a piece of junk. According to apple support, it needs to be hooked up to a computer and restarted/configured.
This constantly reloads for no apparent reason. It’s shuts down on its own, even though fully charged. Now it freezes, goes black, or goes back to the sign on screen. No ability to choose english or restart it or close it down.
