Pros

It's especially useful for highlighting texts in pdfs, and the compatibility with the ipad mini enhances my reading and note-taking experience significantly. Works well with apple pencil 2. Great drawing pad.


Cons

The touch technology is horrible. The customization is a mess. It's difficult to configure settings for anything. All screens have some sort of refresh artifacts if you look at it in slow motion.

Almost $500. Videos looks cheap. But that’s $50 extra that i spent to be happy with the color and got the cheapest ugliest color.

Happy that i caught the apple care/ipad bundle for $398!

Because it was a close out item, i got it for $150 off the list price of $ 499.

Lol ~ the 64 gb version was $399 so i thought something was amiss.

Shipping

It came on time and was packaged well.

Got it the next day with no problems and a pin number delivery that made me feel safe.

I would also suggest getting an item listed as both sold and shipped by amazon.

I liked i needed a code for the delivery person.

Packaging/appearance

This seller has new devices in original packages.

I took it out of the box, turned it on, and it said if i wanna set up to my old ipad, just have them next to each other.

Came unlock in perfect condition to scratches or dents
