Pros
It's hard to find hourly planners especially for setting appointments. It is organized weekly, and the size is perfect for you to have enough space to add all your notes.
Cons
Company solicits free products for good reviews. The new one is dull and not nearly as nice. Will not buy again. It's very boring and blah.
Major flaw is the saturday and sunday columns are really short. I know that 15 means 3:00 pm, but when writing things in a hurry while being used to standard us time i am bound to make a mistake.

Great color, great smooth feel and appears well made.
It does affect functionality and i'm not sure if i got a defective one or if it's all products.
This appointment book doesn't have any of the nonsense pages a lot of other appointment books have, like extra pages for goals, etc.

Super affordable and great for its price!
Over all great deal for the cost i would definitely purchase again!
