Pros
The bluetooth connection from the carplay adaptor connects my phone connects automatically and never drops out. The sound quality seems just as good as wired carplay.

The sound quality seems just as good the wired carplays i've used before.
The sound quality is a little bit worse when you are using the adapter.
There are times when i have to mess with the connection to get it to work and sometimes it just doesn't connect.

Atoto is actually a chinese company, but they seem to cater to the japanese market.

I had gotten this device to drop into my wife’s durango.
Just kidding, but still, this, coupled with a magsafe wireless charger is the goat setup.
There are a lot of wireless apple carplay adapters on amazon right now.

I wanted to try this because my iphone constantly disconnects from the bluetooth in my buick enclave making streaming music and phone calls almost impossible

It doesn’t matter if i put my iphone very close or even directly on top of the unit the noise doesn’t stop
