Pros

The amount of dirt this vacuum collects is incredible. It is so much better than manual vacuuming! It cleans the bottoms of my pool perfectly.

Shipped to my door in two days. Shout out to andy for his speedy emails as well.

Cons

I was disappointed with this purchase for the money. This product is riddled with failure points and should be considered junk.

Customer received partial refund from amazon. After four failures and returns i was done. On phone with amazon rep multiple times to get partial refund.

Using on clean above ground pool, several problems. It is moving around so quickly it just spreads trash around vs picking it up. Once i get it out, my pool is still full of leaves and the device is practically empty.

After messing with it, putting it on charger trying to use it and almost giving up. Common issue is the light blinking blue and red which according to their chart means battery flooded.
