Battery life is excellent. Usb type c charger is great and my usb-c car charger will charge it at a reduced rate.

The spin 13 is fan cooled with vents on the bottom and rear. Performance is quick, but the fan can get kinda noisy sometimes when doing something that isn't just basic browsing. Both models max out at an intel i5-8250u cpu.

Both keyboard/touchpad and touchscreen are active. The touch pad is the best i've ever used. very smooth and accurate.

Cons

There is no ssd that can be removed and backed up - the ssd is a soldered ball grid array chip. The screen crashes after two minutes of online class, which is followed by the sound turning off after several more seconds. The battery only lasts about 2... Read More

Acer has bad qc and also amazon should not have sent me a known bad machine. Not even creating a seperate account with a password for the paretn or anything logical. High gloss screen obscures readability of the screen.

Quality

Great chromebook everyone's impressed works fast no problems i'd recommend this one with the i-5 chipset.

Nice to have full keyboard but also be able to use it like a tablet with the 180 degree flip hinges.

Speakers are not loud enough, sound quality is mediocre, but a deal-breaker only if this is critical for you.

Two, i'm not really handy with the keypad mouse, so i plugged in a wireless mouse.

Price

And nobody really considers it because it's largely for a business audience and the price isn't especially practical.

The acer chromebook spin 13 has all of the features of the other premium chromebooks on the market, but at a much cheaper price.

I've been enjoying this machine since march, increasing the sd card size until reaching the 1tb.

It does not come with a stylus and there is not a place to garage it on the pixelbook.
